(a) the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00); and

You may instruct us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes by email at any time. (14) Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

If there are insufficient people booked onto a workshop or other event it may be cancelled.

We understand it is difficult to confirm too far in advance when running a small business, we would however, be grateful, where possible for you to do this. Please book as soon as possible so that the workshop or event does go ahead.

Bookings will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to any workshop taking place.

Payments can be taken online.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the commencement of the workshop will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a refund on the proviso that no costs have been incurred by Pembrokeshire Tourism.

Where Pembrokeshire Tourism has to cancel a workshop or event due to insufficient bookings there will be a full refund to delegates or they may choose to hold it on account to be paid against future workshops or events.
